2. In any cases, refund/exchange/meetup/trade is not possible.

3. We are not responsible for any lost through normal mail.

4. All items are check throughly before mailing.

5. Prices are non-negotiable.

6. Dead buyers will be taken off future purchases.

7. No cancelling of orders.

8. Items are based on first-pay first-served basis. No reservations of items.

9. All payments are to be made via POSB funds transfer to 118629205 only. (Please keep receipt of transaction)

10. Mailing will take 1-3 days after payment.

11. Please note that IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED if you are making an order of multiple items. We cannot hold items.

12. Do check your email after you leave the comment, as we require your acknowledgement.
